We took the first step in the sector in old grape market of Konya under the name of Doğu Gıda with retail and wholesale in 1975. We started production by producing tulum cheese in skin and cloth bags first. We turned our projector towards foreign market by further expanding our marketing vision in order to crown our experience we gained in the sector and corporate success in our country. As the first step, we established the company named Samfer Cheese in 2019 in order to export abroad. We increased our investments to make room for ourselves in the international market and to produce at high standards.
Today, we aim to increase our customer potential with wide product range at home and abroad without compromising our commercial and moral principles, to make the cheese enriched with local flavors and produced in work areas focusing on human health and hygiene in Konya province of Turkey become demanded all around the world by using the latest, nature friendly, occupational safety based technology required by the age in production without compromising quality on the production park.
